The CBW-2S-CookPro Dual-Station Industrial Aluminum Brazing Machine is a specialized welding equipment engineered specifically for cookware manufacturing, focusing on high-precision joining of aluminum pot/pan bodies, handles, and edge components. Designed with two independent workstations to maximize production efficiency, it caters to mass production of household cookware including frying pans, saucepans, stockpots, and Dutch ovens as shown in the provided images.
Featuring a cookware-specific temperature control system, the machine maintains optimal brazing temperatures between 580-620°C (±2°C accuracy) - the ideal range for aluminum cookware to ensure strong, food-safe joints without compromising material integrity. The programmable pressure application unit (0.3-3 MPa) delivers gentle yet consistent force, preventing deformation of thin-gauge cookware walls while ensuring complete fusion of handle brackets and rim seams.
Each workstation is equipped with custom-machined aluminum die sets (compatible with 16-32cm diameter cookware) and quick-change handle fixtures that accommodate various cookware designs - from traditional riveted handles to modern ergonomic designs. The 180mm diameter graphite heating platens provide uniform heat distribution across curved pot surfaces, ensuring watertight seams critical for cookware functionality.
The intuitive control panel includes 10 programmable cookware-specific presets (frying pan, saucepan, stockpot, etc.) with adjustable cycle times (10-180 seconds) and temperature profiles optimized for different aluminum alloys (3003, 5052, 6061). Safety features include heat-resistant work surfaces, automatic cool-down cycles, and operator presence sensors to meet food contact equipment standards.
Built with a compact green steel frame (1800×1200×2000mm) that integrates seamlessly into cookware production lines, the machine includes a dedicated fume extraction port and food-grade lubricant system. It supports both TIG-assisted brazing and flame-free induction heating modes, making it suitable for stainless steel-aluminum composite cookware and ceramic-coated pot manufacturing.
