Product Description

The IE-SAND800Pro Dual-Function Industrial Internal & External Sander is a versatile, high-efficiency surface finishing equipment designed to handle both internal (curved, hollow, or recessed) and external (flat, convex, or large-area) surfaces of workpieces across woodworking, metal fabrication, plastic processing, and furniture manufacturing industries.

Equipped with a powerful 1.8kW copper-core motor, it delivers consistent torque for smooth, uniform sanding, eliminating surface imperfections such as burrs, scratches, and uneven textures. The variable speed control (500-3000 RPM) allows operators to adjust sanding intensity based on material type—from softwoods (low speed for avoiding over-sanding) to hard metals (high speed for efficient material removal).

For internal sanding, it includes 3 interchangeable curved sanding pads (radius: 50mm, 80mm, 120mm) and a flexible sanding belt (width: 30mm) to reach narrow grooves, cylindrical holes, and curved recesses. For external sanding, a 150mm diameter flat sanding pad and a 200×100mm rectangular pad ensure coverage of large flat surfaces and edge areas.

A built-in HEPA-filter dust collection system captures over 95% of sanding debris, reducing air pollution and keeping the workspace clean. The ergonomic design features a non-slip rubber handle (for one-handed or two-handed operation) and a lightweight body (6.2kg) to minimize operator fatigue during long working hours. Safety features include an overload protection switch, thermal shutdown, and a lock-on button (for continuous operation without constant trigger pressure).

It is compatible with standard sandpaper grits (80-600#) and supports wet sanding (with optional waterproof pads) for fine finishing.
