Manufactured from C11000 ETP (Electrolytic Tough Pitch) copper with 98% IACS minimum conductivity, this busbar ensures minimal power loss and reliable performance in switchgear, panel boards, and industrial distribution systems.
Tin plating provides an effective barrier against oxidation and environmental corrosion, maintaining low contact resistance at connection points. Compared to bare copper, tin-plated busbars offer extended service life in humid or industrial environments, reducing maintenance frequency and improving long-term system reliability.
We provide bespoke dimensions, bending, punching, drilling, and insulation sleeving. Send your drawings for a custom quotation. Standard lengths from 1m to 6m; special lengths up to 8m available on request. All products undergo 100% dimensional inspection and conductivity testing before shipment.
