The JP-BS50X is the top-torque model of the Nantong Shengqiang JP impact wrench line: a 20V brushless driver rated at 500 N·m, aimed at work the 350 N·m class leaves behind — light-truck and bus wheel lugs, M22 structural bolts, corroded agricultural and construction fasteners. All of that pull comes out of a body that weighs 1.105 kg without the battery, so one gloved hand can steer it under a chassis or up a scaffold tower.
Inside, a pure-copper brushless motor spins through a 1:7 impact mechanism carried on a double-bearing system, converting battery energy into hammering torque instead of heat. The front end stacks a tungsten-steel spindle inside an all-aluminium gear head — hard, heat-tolerant and rust-resistant — and the whole head is sealed against water and jobsite dust.
Speed follows your fingertip: a light press creeps the anvil for seated nuts, a full pull ramps to 2700 r/min for breakaway, and letting go stops output dead. Swap the 1/2" square drive between impact sockets, a drill chuck or adapter bits and the same tool covers removal, installation and drilling in metal, wood and walls. The kit ships with two 2000mAh 10C batteries, a charger and a carry case, so one pack charges while the other works.
