1. Brief introduction of JDL-400 mechanical top drive water and air dual purpose drilling rig
DL-400 drilling rig is an efficient and multifunctional groundwater drilling equipment, which can be used for drilling water wells, agricultural irrigation wells, geothermal wells and other wells. It is especially suitable for water intake projects in mountainous areas and rock formations.
The machine can drill holes in different strata (rock layer, mud layer, sand layer), and the maximum diameter can reach 450mm.
2. Features of JDL-400 mechanical top drive water and air dual purpose drilling rig
(1)Equipped with hydraulic steel crawler, strong off-road capability;
(2) Equipped with 4 hydraulic square tube high outriggers for auxiliary support and getting on and off..
(3) The left and right sides of the drilling rig are equipped with drill pipe racks and foot pedals, and the design is user-friendly.
(4)The front end of the drilling rig is equipped with an auxiliary rod unloading cylinder, which is convenient for loosening the drill rod.
(5)The drilling rig uses dual oil pumps to supply oil, and the hydraulic system uses the technology of shunt and confluence, and the power head rises and falls rapidly.
(6)The hydraulic oil pump and the power are directly connected by the coupling, and the drilling rig can climb and move powerfully.
(7) AMT manual gearbox is adopted, and its speed range and torque can meet the requirements of water and gas drilling at the same time.
(8)Equipped with an electronically controlled shifter, one-key operation can quickly switch the speed, forward and reverse, and jog.
