Printing unit:

The printing roller is a plate-reel structure with a surface of grinding,polishing,hard chrome plating and balanced correction.
The pedal switch controls the printing roller to rotate clockwise and counterclockwise to facilitate the replacement of printing plate.
The printing roller has a hanging plate groove with a size of 9x3mm.
The distance between the printing roller and the press-down printing roller is manually adjusted.The dial shows the adjustment date,the adjustment range is 2-12mm.The printing roller is connected with the transmission gear by a cross slider.When the distance between the two rollers is adjusted,the distance between the two driving gears of the two rollers will not change.
Anilox roller adopts local,dalian or jiangsu haili and other well-known brands for selection,pneumatic automatic control lifting device of anilox roller and cardboard conveying system synchronization(when the cardboard feed,anilox roller touch the printing plate,when the cardboard feed stops,the anilox roller will be separate from the printing plate.)The anilox roller can also be controlled by manual buttons.
Rubber roller steel roller covering wear resistant rubber,this roller after special grinding,balance correction.The rubber roller middle of the surface diameter is greater than the two sides,with good ink transfer effect.
The diameter of the upper cardboard feeding roller is 94mm,and there are four paper feeding wheels.After the balance correction,there is no gap of the upper paper feeding roller steel tubes,which are grinded,polished and plated with hard chromium.
After the balance correction,there is no gap of the lower paper feeding roller steel tubes,which are grinded,polished and plated with hard chromium.
Manually adjust the distance between the upper and lower paper feeding rollers,dial shows the adjustment date,adjustment range from 2 to 12mm.The upper and lower feeding rollers adopt cross slide block connected to the drive gear.When adjust the distance between the two rollers,the distance between the two rollers drive gear does not change,it can make the machine with high printing precision,low noise,gear has a long using time.
