SF-280S Fingerless Single Facer

Structural features:

Single Facer is the main machine for producing the corrugated paperboard. Vacuum suction model single facer has very good production precision. The choose of the machine is directly effecting the quality of the corrugated paperboard.

The pressure machine is used for the board after gluing , we first gluing the 2 layers corrugated board ,then laminate kraft paper become 3 layers corrugated cardboard , then put 3 layers corrugated cardboard in pressure machine, ensure the 3 corrugated cardboard can glue good . The pressure machine main have single bar and double bars two type . Single bar main for small size board making. Double bar pressure machine is fit for big size and small size board making , the pressure bigger and more stable ,can increase the quality of the cardboard.
