Profile:
ZXJ type semi-automatic sticky box machine is in recent years the carton manufacturing of new
environmental protection equipment, mainly for the carton stick, discard the traditional copper nail
binding method, improve the production efficiency, make good quality box .
Main frame: frame, lift workstation, front convey part , middle convey part , pressure and device,
finished product side output part , electrical control equipment.
Structure:
1.ZXJ type semi-automatic sticky box machine ,mechanical speed 40 pcs /min . Using digital counter ,
auto stacker and side output.
2.The paper lift can be automatically or foot finish lift, convenient and quick improve production efficiency.
3.Glue head use us import high quality aluminum material , rubber wheel choose Japan stainless steel,
glue tank use the seamles steel drums given glue by nature pressure .
After Coating adhesive and dryer by the high pressure fan , then correction by electronic induction automatic
output to middle pressure part, set the number of finished product packaging required, automatic horizontal output.
Automatic square department . correction the flap not in line after glue coat becuase of the press paper error . Automatic counting, accumulation and tidy.
