Lead edge feeder unit
1. Automatic light pressure paper feeding has the proprietary technology,no damage to corrugated line,easy to paper feeding,more precise.(can also choose free pressure as customers requirement.)

Printing unit

Rotary die-cutter unit
1. Rubber roller and die-cutter roller use quality steel with surface grinding, hard chrome plated.
2. Match the automatic lifting up and down device of the pressure-type rubber roller of the paper feeding system. (The rubber cushion roller will fall when feeding paper, and will rise when the paper feeding is stopped, to ensure correctly die-cutter each cardboard ).
3. Mechanical transverse movement device, range is 40mm.
4. Phase adjustment device,planet is a gear mechanism
5. Die-cutter phase is adjusted by PLC or electric digital input type 360, and the machine can be adjusted by running or stopping.
6. Detachable rubber blanket with auto grinding device, the linear speed has the self-compensation function, can compensate the speed automatically after the grinding, to assure the same precision for each batch of paper.
