• Leading Edge Feeding :

v Leading edge feeding means that making the front side of paperboard as a benchmark , rolling wheel feeding speed is same as feeding roller speed . Won’t be affected by cardboard cutting width error, high positioning accuracy of printing and die cutting .

v Three axis rolling wheel type leading edge feeding structure, multiwheel , multi-point suction feeding paper, high friction, high speed can make paper feeding smooth and accurate.

v Suction frequency conversion adjustment the air volume, high-pressure centrifugal fan air volume is big, according to the cardboard warping degree to adjust the air volume, increased the transfer stability and accuracy of thin paperboard and bend board .

• Feeding Roller :

v Two rows of front and back, upper and lower rubber roller to feeding the paperboard with light pressure, light pressure and high friction, effectively prevent the surface paper crushed influence to the printing effect and cardboard strength, to ensure feed accuracy.

v Feeding rubber roller, adopting the high elasticity resistant rubber casting in high temperature , outer surface and deep groove is processed by grinding, balance correction.

• Cleaner Device :

v Cleaning brush sweeps debris on the surface of paperboard , then cardboard surface impurities can be cleaned by impurities resorption , improve the quality of printing.

• Control Function :

v Touching screen centralized control, each unit, automatic zero phase, order storage, wiping forme memory.

v The front panel control, host start & stop, host speed up & down and speed display. Feeding fan speed up & down and speed display. Skip feeding and continuous feeding control and equipped with automatic counting function.

v Lateral plate control unit, machine units electric seperation & combination alarm message, pneumatic locking, safe and reliable.

Printing Department :

• Printing Roller

v Using high-quality steel to make the printing roller, grinding in surface, and surface hard chromium plating processing, the axial direction with the center benchmark scribed line, circumferential direction with hanging plate benchmark scribed line.

v Dynamic balance adjustment, stable running, adapt to the high-speed operation.

v Ratchet wheel fixed type plate roller, with hanging version slots, to adapt to rapid change.

v Planetary wheel phase adjustment with high precision, dynamic& static can do 360 degrees of positive and negative adjustment, encoder control device.

v Computer adjustment structure to adjust printing roller in axial direction, the biggest adjustment range is 5 mm.

• Embossing Roller

• Anilox Roller

v Diameter of anilox roller is Φ175 .

v Pneumatic anilox roll automatic lifting device and stop rotation device, anilox roll down and in contact with the plate when feeding paperboard, anilox roll automatically rise seperate with the plate when stop feeding, in order to protect the plate; automatic idlin when not printing, to prevent the ink dries up.

Slotting Unit :

• The pressing device
