@ ,Flexo Printer Slotter Machine Introduction  

1. Printing roller

1) The outer diameter of 395.6mm (including lining outside diameter 410mm).

2) Steel plate material, surface grinding, hard chrome plating.

3) Balance correction, smooth operation.

4) Ratchet wheel fixed roller which install the printing plate.

5) The whole format plate groove, suitable for 9mm hanging version shall apply.

6) Load and unload the printing plate, make positive and negative turns by electric foot switch.

7) Printing roller transverse manual adjustment, the range of 2-5mm.

2. Printing pressing roller

1) The outside diameter is 155mm .

2) Steel pipe surface grinding, hard chrome plating.

3) Balance correction, smooth operation.

4) The gap of the printing press roller is manually adjusted by double-pole self-locking worm gear body, and the gap is adjusted by eccentric gear, marked with scale.

3. Steel anilox (made from Dalian city)

1) The outer diameter of 190mm .(200 mesh , 220 mesh ,250mesh according to customer’s requirement)

2) The steel pipe surface adopts advanced electric chromium plating process, which is hard, smooth and wear-resistant.

3) The dot is consistent and the ink is even.

4) Extend the service life of printing plate and rubber roller.

5) The clearance of anilox roller is adjusted manually according to scale .

4. Rubber roller

1) Outer diameter is 185mm . (made by jizhou chunfeng .)

2) The surface of steel tube is covered with wear-resistant rubber.

3) Medium-high grinding in rubber roller, good ink transfer effect.

5. Upper and lower paper guiding roller

1) Upper roller : outer diameter 86mm , seamless pipe, with four paper wheels.

2) Lower roller : outer diameter 155mm, seamless steel pipe, surface grinding, hard chromium plating.

3) The clearance of the paper feed rollers is manually adjusted by double-pole self-locking worm gear body, and the clearance is adjusted by eccentric gear, marked with scale.

6. Phase adjustment device

1) Planetary gear structure.

2) The printing phase adopts microcomputer electric digital 360 degree adjustment . (adjustable for operation and stop).

3) Manually adjust lateral position, +/-5mm adjustable distance.

4) The printing plate roller adopts microcomputer digital to adjust the phase, which can reset to zero and adjust the plate quickly with high precision.

7. Ink recycling system

1) Pneumatic diaphragm pump, stable ink supply, easy operation and maintenance.

2) Ink filter screen, filter impurities .

8. Printing phase fix device

1) Pneumatic brake mechanism.

2) When the units are separated or in the process of phase adjustment, the brake mechanism restricts the rotation of the machine, maintains the fixed point of the original gear position.
