Corrugated cardboard production line is the professional and ideal equipment for producing fluted cardboard. The 3 ply, 5 ply, 7 ply multi-functional corrugated cardboard plant becomes more and more popular with the developing of package and express industry. It mainly includes the following equipment: Hydraulic mill roll stand, surface paper (core paper) pre-heater and pre-conditioner, single facer, conveying over bridge, gluing machine, double facer of corrugating fiber board plant, slitter scorer, helical cross cut-off, simple delivery conveyor and gantry stacker, heating system, air compression system and glue system, etc. The 3 ply corrugated plant, 5 ply corrugating fiber board line, 7-ply corrugated line, we have high, middle and lower grade with different-specification and different-quality equipment to match customer demands. 5 ply in- line combined automatic corrugated paper box making plant fitted with narrow flute rolls with single facer, motorized hydraulic reel stand, over head bridge, glue unit, with hot plates and cut off unit, eddy current motor and steam arrangement / thermal fuel (oil heating system).
