Back motor-driven baffle uses stepper motor drive for accurate sizing and easy size changes
All contactors in control cabinet are German brand components
Bottom die and blade are made of Japanese tungsten steel for wear resistance
Complete nail head uses special steel with CNC precision machining
Capable of single staple, double staples, and strengthened staples (two ends double staples with center single staple) completed in one operation
Quick size change capability - carton box size and staple distance adjustments take only one minute
Can stitch with or without cover carton boxes (special configuration required for no-cover stitching)
Front end feeding department features automatic counting with photoelectric sensors in feeding table
Back part includes automatic counting function with finished products sent to machinery end as set for convenient banding
