The 6360 hot melt adhesive machine is suitable for melting hot melt adhesives of various shapes and shapes. It uses a gear pump.
The machine can be divided into two main parts, namely the power control system and the power system. The heating system part includes hydraulic system and pneumatic power. The heat preservation method is that the surrounding and bottom of the plastic storage tank are covered with double-layer glass fiber for heat insulation, which can reduce the heat absorbed by the mechanical surface and prevent the user from being burned.
The solid hot-melt adhesive is quickly melted into a liquid state in a specially constructed glue storage bucket, flows to the bottom of the glue bucket, and gathers around the gear pump at the bottom of the glue bucket. When the motor on the gear pump works, the molten hot melt The glue will be sucked into the pump, and at the same time, it will be squeezed through the heating plate to the glue circuit board, and then flow through the filter set device, and then flow out of the glue circuit board, and then be guided to the needle valve group device or the heat exchanger through the insulation pipe or the rubber guide pipe. Glue guns, hot melt glue sprayed from these units is ready to use.
