1) Gluing
The gluing department adopts a non-stop automatic glue spraying system to prevent the glue from solidifying when the machine is not started for a short period of time. The gluing distance is easy to adjust, suitable for gluing on 1-8mm thick paper, and the gluing amount is easy to adjust.
2) Folding
a. The speed of the upper and lower beam belts is co-adjusted with the speed of the slotting machine, and the speed of the pasting belt and conveyor belt is very close to that of the slotting machine, which can avoid the problem of paper grabbing or jamming between the box pasting line and the slotting machine, and the paper splicing is more accurate;
b. The speed of the upper and lower belts can be adjusted independently, that is, when the speeds of the upper and lower belts are different, they can be adjusted to the same speed.
c. Origami is made using belts and glue sticks, which can easily adjust the origami angle and is simple to operate.
3) Pre-pressing
The pre-pressure degree adopts the adjustable gap between the upper and lower rollers. The pre-pressure can press folding boxes with paper thickness of 1-8mm. It is equipped with a dial for easy adjustment. It can also be input directly on the touch screen to allow the machine to adjust automatically.
4) Counter and stacker
The counting and stacking machine is driven by a servo motor to achieve full automation, accurately controls the number of sheets in each bundle, and presses the papers together. The paper pushing is counted by a computer and discharged accurately.
