Mechanical Properties
1, The machine is controlled by plc and touch screen, and it can also be operated by switches and buttons. Main operation function include: automatic adjustment by data setting for side baffle board,glue wheel,box folding,back side alignment. Rest of the adjustment is done by electric control or digital display. Easy adjustment and quick order change will be achieved.
2, Automatic paper feeding,automatic glue application,automatic folding automatic alignment,automatic counting and automatic stacking.
3, Adopting suction belt for cardboard feeding. Neat structure,quick response,accurate feeding.
4, Adopting pre-scoring function and twice scoring function. It ensures more accurate folding performance.
5, Adopting twice alignment function. It solves the problem of uniform finishing and reduce the wastage.
6, Speed differential will be rectified. So the problems of fish tailor will be solved. Folding performance is more accurate.
7, The stacker unit is with the function of auto stacking,shaping,load into a stack,enject output in a stack. The machine is working at high speed and high precision.
8, There is temporary storage unit. The padding alignment unit is equipped with pneumatic control. So the cardboard goes down in order. The cardboard folding and forming performance is uniform.
9, The machine can be connected to auto strapping machine, bounding machine inline. With higher speed production and less labor cost.
