Product Introduction
The equipment is an automatic and intelligent packaging line with functions of bottle feeding, bottle separating and bottle body set labeling.

Drive part
Synchronous mechanism transmission, any transmission belt replacement can be completed quickly. Compared with the traditional multi-layer arm type (replacement and maintenance take more than 6 hours), it is easy to maintain and simple, and does not affect the production.
Cutter head set
*The 1818 new cutter is designed to be driven by servo motor, with high speed, stable and accurate action, flat incision and beautiful shrinkage. With the label synchronous positioning mechanism, the notch positioning is ± 1mm.
*The cutter holder is designed for φ30mm-φ130mm containers. The cutter holder is free of replacement and debugging. The cutter head origin sensor is built in the cutter head. There is no need to calibrate the position of the synchronous belt when removing the cutter head.
*It is safe and convenient to use light touch man - machine to automatically search and locate the origin.
Feeding group
*Single shrink label feeding tray design, moderate height, easy to install labels.
*The frequency converter, photoelectric sensor and mechanical buffer device are used to control the label tension, so that the label conveying is stable and smooth. When there is no film material, it will automatically stop and be displayed by warning light and touch screen.
Brush down group
A motor and double-sided arc synchronous belt are used to synchronize the lower rubber wheel and ensure the stability of the subscript.
Bottle group
*Mechanical transmission is adopted to drive the positioning belts with bottles on both sides. When changing the specifications of the whole group of bottles, the lifting and width of the bottle group are synchronously adjusted by a hand wheel to achieve fast and convenient adjustment.
*Machine lifting group: electric lifting is adopted for more convenient operation.
