The 50L Fragrance Oil Blending Tank is designed for blending, temporary storage and transfer of perfume, fragrance oil, essential oil, alcohol-based cosmetic liquids and other low-viscosity formulations.
The tank adopts a single-layer sanitary stainless steel structure and pneumatic agitation system. SUS304 or SUS316L can be selected according to product requirements. Because the mixer is air-driven, the standard tank does not require an electric mixing motor directly on the vessel.
The compact vertical structure integrates a pneumatic mixer, feeding port, air filter, cleaning port, manhole and sanitary discharge outlet. Mobile wheels and handles make the tank convenient for use between blending, storage and filling areas.
Application:
1. What products can this tank process?
It is mainly suitable for perfume, fragrance oil, essential oil blends, toner, body mist and other low-viscosity cosmetic liquids.
2. What is the standard tank capacity?
The supplied model has a reference capacity of 50L.
Other capacities can be customized according to production requirements.
3. Does this tank use an electric motor?
No. The standard configuration uses a pneumatic mixing motor, so the mixer is powered by compressed air.
4. Why use a pneumatic mixer for perfume?
Pneumatic agitation provides simple and stable liquid mixing without installing an electric mixing motor directly on the tank.
It is often suitable for fragrance and alcohol-related liquid processing when the overall production environment is properly designed.
5. What stainless steel material is available?
The supplied options include SUS304 and SUS316L.
SS316L can be selected when higher corrosion resistance or stricter product-contact requirements are needed.
