The 1000L Stainless Steel Homogenizing Mixing Tank is designed for efficient mixing, heating, dispersing and homogenizing of liquid and semi-viscous materials.
The machine combines a low-speed mixing system and a high-speed homogenizer in one processing tank. The mixing paddle works with a PTFE wall scraper to continuously move material from the tank wall, improving mixing uniformity and heat transfer. The high-shear homogenizer provides powerful dispersion and homogenization at speeds up to 3000 rpm.
Product-contact parts are made of SS316L stainless steel, providing good corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. The machine adopts a vertical fixed structure with an operating platform, making it suitable for medium and large batch production.
The standard model is 1000L, while capacities from 50L to 10000L can be customized according to production requirements.
It can be configured for mayonnaise, tomato sauce, sauces, shampoo, liquid detergent, lotion, cream and other food or daily chemical products according to the required processing standard.
