Introduction
The Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer Homogenizer is designed for high-speed shearing, emulsifying, dispersing, mixing and vacuum deaeration of liquid and paste materials.
The combination of low-speed scraping agitation and high-speed homogenization helps produce a smooth, uniform and fine product while reducing air bubbles during processing.
The machine can be equipped with heating and cooling functions, a vacuum system, variable-speed control and optional PLC touch screen or push-button operation.
Product-contact parts can be made of SUS316L stainless steel for good corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. Depending on the configuration, capacities from approximately 50L to 500L are available, with mixing speeds around 0–65 rpm and homogenizing speeds up to 3600 rpm. It is widely used for cream, lotion, ointment, gel, hair conditioner, shampoo and other cosmetic and daily chemical products.
