Introduction
This automatic filling and capping machine is designed for small-volume cosmetic and viscous liquid packaging, combining quantitative filling, bottle positioning, capping and finished-product discharge in one compact system.
The machine adopts a servo piston filling system to provide stable and adjustable dosing for products with different flow characteristics. It is suitable for both low- and high-viscosity materials such as lotion, nourishing cream, emulsion, shampoo, toner and cosmetic liquids.
With a standard 5–250ml filling range and production speed of approximately 20–30 bottles/min, the machine is well suited for cosmetic manufacturers producing multiple bottle sizes or formulas. The filling components are designed for convenient disassembly and adjustment, helping shorten product and bottle changeover.
