Working Principles

The machine adopts gravity diffusion principle for mixing, and the pressure feed to materials is small, so it will not shear and crush materials. The cylinder is made of high-quality stainless steel, and the inner and outer walls are polished. There is no pollution to materials in the mixing process, low power consumption, convenient cleaning, etc. Stainless steel butterfly valve is used for discharging at the inlet and outlet, without dust leakage and flying. The large volume mixer can be equipped with vacuum feeding system to improve working efficiency and working environment. It is especially suitable for mixing materials with similar particle size and apparent density. For the rotation axis of V-type mixer, mandatory mixing blades are added in the V-type cylinder to speed up the mixing speed. It can also be applied to the mixing of easily agglomerated materials. You can choose different materials (carbon steel, stainless steel 201, stainless steel 304, stainless steel 316) according to your own needs. The cylinder of the V-type mixer rotates around the center of the rotating shaft driven by the drive shaft, and the materials also move by gravity diffusion with the two inclined cylinders of the V-type. When the connection (bottom) of the V-type cylinder rotates at the lower position, The material converges to the bottom. When the connection of the V-shaped cylinder rotates at the upper position, the materials collected at the bottom are divided into two inclined cylinders, so that the materials of each inclined cylinder can enter another inclined cylinder through the connection interface. With the continuous rotation of the cylinder and the continuous change of position, the materials of the V-shaped cylinder are repeatedly misplaced, translated and diffused, so as to realize uniform mixing.
