The Semi Automatic Cosmetic Hot Filling Machine is designed for quantitative filling of lip balm, cosmetic cream, wax, solid perfume, candle material, ointment and other products requiring heating before filling.
The machine integrates heating, stirring, temperature control and pneumatic piston filling in one compact system. The 35L hopper maintains the material at a suitable filling temperature, while the top mixer keeps the product uniform and helps prevent wax-based materials from solidifying during production.
An anti-drip filling nozzle provides cleaner dispensing, while adjustable filling volume and speed allow the machine to handle different container sizes and product viscosities. An optional automatic feeding unit can continuously supply material to the hopper for longer production runs.
