The Automatic Two Color Spiral Filling Machine is designed for decorative cosmetic filling applications including pearl eye cream, body lotion, facial cream, gel and other cosmetic products requiring two color, spiral or 3D pattern effects.
The machine uses a dual material filling system that allows two different colors or formulations to be dispensed according to preset filling parameters. By controlling material dosage and filling movement, the machine can create attractive spiral, pearl and decorative patterns inside cosmetic jars, bottles and other containers.
The standard filling range reaches up to 50ml per station, making the machine especially suitable for small and medium cosmetic packaging. According to the supplied configuration, up to four containers can be processed simultaneously, helping improve production efficiency.
The machine adopts PLC and touch screen control, allowing filling parameters to be set directly through the interface. Automatic operation, electric drive and filling accuracy within ≤0.5% provide stable performance for cosmetic production.
It can be configured for plastic, glass and metal containers including jars, bottles and other cosmetic packaging.

1. Can the two tanks hold different colors?
The dual-tank configuration provides flexibility for material preparation. Whether two different colors can be filled simultaneously depends on the selected filling circuit and nozzle configuration.
If dual-color production is required, this should be confirmed before machine production.
2. What is the filling accuracy?
One supplied specification lists approximately ±1%, while another supplier description lists ±0.1g.
Because these values use different measurement methods, the final accuracy should be confirmed through product testing according to the required filling volume.
3. Can the filling volume be adjusted?
Yes. Filling parameters can be adjusted within the supported range according to different lipstick molds and containers.
4. Can this machine fill lip balm?
Yes. Lip balm is one of the suitable applications, especially formulations requiring heating before filling.
