The Automatic Gear Pump Hot Filling Machine is designed for quantitative filling of heated liquids, oils, wax-based materials and cosmetic pastes such as candle wax, cooling oil, lip balm, hair wax, foundation cream, lip gloss and similar temperature-sensitive products.
The machine integrates heating, stirring, temperature control, gear pump filling and automatic conveyor transfer into one compact system. The jacketed material tank provides uniform heating, while continuous stirring helps maintain stable temperature and product consistency throughout production.
For materials that thicken or solidify during transfer, the pump and filling nozzle can be independently heated, helping maintain a continuous heated product path and reduce blockage caused by material cooling.
The machine adopts a gear pump quantitative filling system for stable material delivery. PLC and touch screen control simplify filling volume, temperature and operating parameter adjustment.
The machine shown uses a single filling head configuration, while 1 head, 2 head and 4 head versions can be selected according to required production capacity.
