Yes. This equipment utilizes a pneumatic gear pump/piston structure (depending on configuration) specifically engineered for high-viscosity pastes and liquids. The hopper design combined with powerful pneumatic drive easily handles creams, honey, shampoos, and various chemical ointments without clogging or dripping.
The filling accuracy reaches ±1%. Equipped with a precision adjustment handwheel and scale, the machine allows strict control over the filling volume (adjustable from 10-200ml). This ensures consistency across every bottle and significantly minimizes the loss of expensive raw materials.
Extremely easy. All parts in contact with the material are made of SS304 or SS316L stainless steel, adhering to GMP standards. The use of quick-release tri-clamps allows for easy disassembly of the hopper and filling nozzle for thorough cleaning without professional tools, preventing cross-contamination.
As this is a pneumatic-driven machine, you will need an air compressor with a power rating of 1.1kW to 2.2kW or higher (air pressure requirement: 0.4-0.6MPa). The control circuit supports 110V/220V voltage, and we will configure the plug according to your local standard before shipping.
