The Semi Automatic Pneumatic Piston Filling Machine is designed for quantitative filling of cream, lotion, shampoo, ointment, cosmetic paste, oil and other liquid or viscous products.
The machine adopts a pneumatic piston filling system, using compressed air to drive the piston for stable and repeatable material dosing. The large stainless steel hopper feeds material directly into the filling cylinder, making the machine particularly suitable for medium and high viscosity products that do not flow easily through ordinary liquid filling systems.
The semi automatic design provides simple operation and flexible production. Operators can start each filling cycle using the control system or foot pedal, making the machine suitable for small batch production, multiple product sizes and factories requiring frequent product changeovers.
The supplied configuration supports filling volumes around 500ml, while the actual filling range can be customized according to product viscosity and container capacity.
For temperature sensitive materials, a heated hopper, heated pump or heated filling nozzle can be configured according to the production process.
The machine is suitable for cream, lotion, shampoo, ointment, gel, cosmetic paste, oil and other liquid or viscous products.
