The 5 Lane Circulation Cooling Tunnel is designed for rapid cooling and solidification of hot filled cosmetic and wax based products including lipstick, lip balm, cosmetic balm, deodorant sticks, Vaseline products and candle wax.
The machine adopts a 5 lane internal circulation conveyor system, allowing products to travel through five cooling paths inside the enclosed chamber. Compared with a simple straight line cooling tunnel, the circulation structure provides a longer effective cooling path while helping reduce overall equipment footprint.
A refrigeration system combined with high efficiency circulating fans distributes cold air throughout the chamber, helping products cool more evenly before entering capping, labeling or packaging processes.
The machine is manufactured from 304 stainless steel and can be connected directly with upstream hot filling equipment to create a continuous filling and cooling production line.
