Automatic Color Cosmetic Eyeshadow Powder Compacting Machine
There are many types of cosmetic powder compacting machine, eyeshadow press
machine is one of the cosmetic press machines.This machine is suitable for forming
of powder cake, eye shadow, and blusher. It also can used to compacting the
Foundation Cake.
1. Automatic powder feeding device: pre-set 1~3 time.
2. It is designed for using three mould, both of them are fixed on the
machine table. It is easy to operate and reduce mode loss.
3. The forming cylinder is used for the mode of operation from top to down
with change of the pressure, which is overcome the shortcoming of
traditional compact powder,. Thus the machine can produce high quality
powder products.
4. The machine is designed that the rolling cloth can be adjusted, which the
clothes can be used repeatedly for same color materials and the cloth is
hard to damage.
5. Air blowing and dust-collecting device, low pollution, low noise, and reuse
the powder.
6. With adjustable roll film and safety sensor device.
Notes
1． The machine is placed on the level of the ground level, in order to
prevent a huge rock and damaged to the components of the machine or
the accuracy of the impact.
2． Be sure to use the voltage specifications according to the signs to
prevent the machine circuit burned, or unable.
3． Working pressure for the machine is 4-7 kg/cm². If you want to adjust
the pressure after open air compressor, the first lock nut to relax, and
then adjust the pressure button to the required pressure, to remove the
lock nut. Finally, check whether the gauge to achieve the required
pressure, if not reached, then repeat the above action.
