JR-01M/L is a semi-automatic filling machine for mascara and lip gloss. The process part includes automatic filling, automatic filling, plug insertion, brush insertion and capping devices.
FEATURES of mascara filling machine
1. With automatic wiper input, wiper detection, capping function, and programming option setting function.
2. The volume of the material tank is 15L, which has the functions of heating, mixing and pressurizing.
3. The machine adopts a piston filling system, and the filling parameters can be set on the touch screen.
4. The machine is driven by a servo motor and has a material suction, lifting and capping system.
5. The wiper is fed through the vibrating table.
