High Speed Bottle Unscrambler / Bottle Feeder / Turn Table

LPS solution series automatic bottle arranging machine is the front end of the filling machinery, applicable to plastic bottle sorting, disorderly bottle machine through ascension into the bottle of turntable, unscramble bottle plate rotation, unscramble bottle bottles into the plate location, through reverse display bottle device, will reverse the bottle is up, all is consistent with the bottle mouth up, and the output to the conveyor belt. The body is made of 304 stainless steel, and other components are also made of durable nonmetallic materials. Electrical and pneumatic systems use some imported parts, low failure rate, high reliability. This machine adopts PLC computer control, frequency conversion speed regulation, high degree of automation, can be connected with various filling production lines.

The automatic bottle unscrambler is used for bottle sorting and conveying. It works with round bottles, square bottles and flat bottles of different sizes and materials.

The turntable is customized according to the size of the bottle to ensure fast and stable correction of the bottle with the bottle mouth down, so that all the bottles with the bottle mouth up, output to the conveyor belt, improve the production efficiency.
