1. Q: Can i get a sample before place an order?
A: Of course,we can provide a ready or custom sample before mass production.The ready sample is free of charge
however, the custom sample will occur sample charge.
2. Q: How soon we can get a sample?
A: Usually, the sample production takes about 5-7 workdays.In addition, the express takes about 3-7 days.
3. Q: How to start the mass production?
A: We start the production once we receive the least 50% deposite and confirm the design.The balance will be asked after we finished bulk
4. Q: What methonds of payment?
A: Normally,we make the order link through both sample and mass production.Also accpeted bank account and
paypal.
5. Q: What is the Terms of Payment?
A: Credit Card, TT(Wire Transfer)
6. Q: How many days for shipping? Shipping Methods and Lead Time?
A: 1) By Express: 3-7 working days to your door (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx...)
