Textile waste recycling line

This production line is a complete recycling system designed to convert textile waste such as waste yarn and hard fabric scraps into spinnable fibers. It typically consists of a conveyor lattice, multi-stage opening rollers (e.g., 2 coarse openers combined with 5 fine cleaning rollers), and a dust collection system. The equipment uses metal saw-tooth covered rollers to repeatedly tear and open the waste material, while an automatic recirculation system sends incompletely processed material back to the main machine for further treatment. The final output is regenerated fibers with uniform length (approximately 14-22mm). In the Indian market, this production line is known for its high processing density, low fiber damage, and good spinnability. The recycled yarn can achieve a count range of Ne 1 to 40.
