This is specifically designed to recycle and clean the soft cotton from spinning mills, the line can be used to clean sweeping, comber noil, linter, cotton dropping, card fly etc. removed the dust and metal parts which inside the material. Cotton bales have fed in bale plucker and detected by the metal and spark detector, then transport to the three sections cleaning machine and one section carding machine to remove the dust and micro dust, then to auto baling machine to be pressed. Whole line capacity 600kg/hr. This line can also equip auto dust baling machine for dust filter and collect dust from cleaning machine as request.

Cotton waste cleaning machine production line includes heavy impurity, micro impurity treatment and fiber carding, fiber packaging, metal spark detection and other parts. Our cotton waste cleaning line has been used by many large textile mills and is a mature and high-quality production line.

Type A200D and type A003 are the first process of the hair dryer production line, which are suitable for the drawing of various grades of cotton and chemical fiber below 76cm. Both A002 and A003 are equipped with zigzag disc rollers. The flower trays of A002 and A003 are divided into three groups from the inside out, from wide to near, in order to evenly divide the cotton into small clusters. Conducive to the mixing and cleaning of the next process.​

This rod cleaning machine mainly used to clean cotton waste which from ginning mills and spinning mills, cotton fiber transport through inner side beater stirred, dust removed though the under case (wire mesh, punching mesh or grib as request). This machine with good result to remove dust inside the cotton, beater cannot damage the fiber and can remove 60-70% dust.
