Soft waste cleaning machine
Product Description
This is specifically designed to recycle and clean the soft cotton from spinning mills, the line can be used to clean sweeping, comber noil, linter, cotton dropping, card fly etc. removed the dust and metal parts which inside the material. Cotton bales have fed in bale plucker and detected by the metal and spark detector, then transport to the three sections cleaning machine and one section carding machine to remove the dust and micro dust, then to auto baling machine to be pressed. Whole line capacity 600kg/hr. This line can also equip auto dust baling machine for dust filter and collect dust from cleaning machine as request.
Product application direction
Mainly used for cleaning flax, ramie, waste cotton and other plant fibers and soft cotton, such as spinning mill, cotton gin mill waste, blowing room combing oil, cotton, sweep cotton, etc. After cleaning, waste cotton can be reused and processed again to improve corporate profits.
