Application

This machine is suitable for precision cutting of materials such as particle board, multi-layer board, medium fiber board, chip board, PVC board, solid wood board, organic glass, and more. The main saw and feeding frame are precision gear and rack driven, delivering higher precision. Drawing on high-end CNC panel saw technology from Europe and America, it benefits from 11 years of customer on-site practical experience with new machinery.

The precision frame is strictly processed for precision and reliability. No electronic ruler installation is needed for positioning; accuracy is not affected by the surrounding environment or magnetic field, and it is safe and stable without maintenance. The crawler-type vacuum system accurately collects sawing dust with a suction rate close to 100%, replacing the traditional open-type vacuum. The gripper structure has a minimum clamp size of 34 × 45 mm. A servo motor controls the cutting speed, achieving dual servo CNC cutting. Cutting stability is more advantageous, and a fault online detection device automatically stops the machine when a fault occurs. It also features a fault automatic side detection function that quickly eliminates the cause of the fault.

Visual sawing monitoring provides constant visual understanding of the sawing status. Equipped with intelligent cutting optimization software, production becomes more time-saving, material-saving, and labor-saving. Its characteristics are automation, high efficiency, high precision, and aesthetics. It has been widely used in domestic and overseas panel furniture production enterprises and offers high-performance operation.
