Product Overview

The MH3248*50T hydraulic cold press is designed for cold pressing and bonding furniture panels, as well as for leveling and shaping them. It delivers excellent pressing quality on wooden doors and various panel types, with fast operation and high efficiency. This machine is widely used in furniture manufacturing, door production, decorative panel fabrication, and other panel production industries. It features low working noise, rapid lifting speed, stable and strong pressure, and a low maintenance rate.

Key Features

The electrical control system provides overload, short circuit, loss of voltage, and under-voltage protection for the equipment. The rated voltage is AC380V with a voltage range of 380V±10%, 50Hz.
It adopts a hydraulic system for operation, offering fast lifting speed, uniform pressure, and high efficiency.
The hydraulic cold press is equipped with an emergency stop button switch for safe and efficient operation.
It is operated by top-to-bottom pressing and push-button controls. The upper and lower working tables are finely processed by large milling machines.
It adopts timing control, allowing the time to be set according to the production process. The pressing plate automatically rises when the set time is reached, making operation convenient and trouble-free.
