High speed needle loom machine can produce elastic and non-elastic narrow fabrics with various simple patterns. Each machine can be equipped with a variety of devices to meet the needs of all kinds of fabrics.
1. The jacquard machine adopts link-type rotation instead of the tranditional belt-type rotation to avoid missed stitch caused by
loose or broken belt.
2. The weft feeding is conducted by belt. The feeding mechanism features steady speed, long life and low depreciation rate.
3. This jacquard loom adopts toothed belt transmission. It is able to work normally without misplacement when running at a high
rotationg speed.
4. The jacquard machine is completely closed to prevent dirt from entering the internal part. So it only requires to be lubricated
for a few times a year.
5. USB connection is available. The USB storage and service life are dozens of times more superior than that
