The HF-609/B12 Fancy Crochet Machine is a high-performance fancy crochet equipment launched by Huafang Machinery, specially designed for high-speed production of various special webbing, including ribbons, shoelaces, stitched webbing, elastic webbing, and non-elastic webbing. The machine features an operating width of 600mm and is compatible with three gauge specifications including 15G, 20G, and 24G, flexibly meeting different fineness and density requirements for webbing production.

In terms of core drive, the machine is equipped with a 1.5KW-380V main motor, adopting a worm gearbox connected to the main shaft to drive the hub and pattern chain plates, controlling 11 weft bars to move smoothly, completing various webbing knitting actions. According to production needs, 2 weft bars can be driven by the rocker of the left auxiliary box, while the two weft bars driven by the rocker of the 609B widening device have a larger swing (up to 50mm), suitable for special webbing production. The pattern chain group is composed of various pattern chain plates with involute contours, with a maximum of 96 pieces, enabling extremely rich pattern variations.

In terms of knitting technology, the machine adopts composite knitting technology, suitable for webbing products made of various materials. The machine can be equipped with double warp conveying, allowing differentiation of tension between warps, forming edges (without Velcro effect) and those partially raised in the air (with Velcro effect), specially suitable for producing female Velcro parts.

In terms of yarn break detection, the machine comes standard with a broken yarn self-stop device that stops immediately upon yarn breakage, reducing material waste and ensuring production continuity. It is also equipped with a three-color indicator light for real-time monitoring of equipment operating status, facilitating production management.

In terms of standard configuration, the machine includes inverter and control device, two-layer weft conveyor group, drop frame group, front beam holder, and heavy roller group, etc. Standard accessories include 500 knitting needles, 200 sha tsui, 200 warp stop needles, 198 pattern chain plates (optional models), 200 sets of pattern chain pillars and circlips, 1 set of 15T-45T sprockets, straight and curved trimming needles (1 each), and 1 special wrench, with one tool kit provided for every 3 machines, fully meeting customers' daily maintenance and spare parts replacement needs. Additionally, optional accessories including front conveyor group, third layer weft conveyor group, yarn creel (308 positions, 22CM spacing), knitting machine non-fraying device, and 609B widening device are available for flexible function expansion.
