Production Overview
HF‑609/B3 high‑speed flat crochet machine is capable of efficiently producing all kinds of elastic and inelastic webbing. This equipment adopts stable cam‑rocker transmission structure and realizes high‑efficiency running. It is easy to operate and convenient for maintenance. Driven by cam rocker of the left auxiliary box, three groups of moving bars keep smooth reciprocating movement, which enables the machine to weave various styles of narrow fabrics stably.
Main Features
Adopts cam‑rocker driving structure with three groups of moving bars, smooth reciprocating motion, stable running performance.
Supports weaving both elastic and non‑elastic raw materials, covers multiple kinds of narrow‑fabric products.
Equipped with yarn‑break stop device, the machine will stop automatically once yarn breaks to reduce defective goods.
Multiple optional assemblies are available, including warp‑yarn feeding group, third‑layer weft‑yarn feeding group, three‑color indicator light, trimming needle assembly and other functional modules.
Reasonable mechanical layout, convenient for parts replacement and routine maintenance.
Wide working width of 600mm, compatible with various needle counts to meet diversified production requirements.
