The HF‑B4027 series intelligent webbing stretching & heat‑setting machine is specially developed for post‑finishing setting of narrow‑width webbing. It adopts PLC + 7‑inch color touch screen and dual‑servo traction system, which enables digital setting of tension, temperature, running speed and pre‑shrinkage value, replacing traditional manual adjustment.

This machine effectively solves common industry pain points: webbing waviness, distortion, unstable width, excessive washing shrinkage rate, heavy reliance on experienced operators, defective products caused by mismatched speed‑temperature such as scorching or insufficient ironing. It supports inline installation behind the loom head to realize synchronous weaving and setting. Suitable for large‑batch mass‑production as well as flexible small‑lot multi‑variety manufacturing, helping webbing factories stabilize finished‑product quality, reduce rework and upgrade production efficiency.

High‑Precision Digital Setting Technology

Equipped with dual‑servo traction and MODBUS UTU485 control system. Temperature, tension, speed and pre‑shrinkage can be digitally input via touch panel. Temperature control accuracy reaches ±1℃, pre‑shrinkage accuracy ≤2%, effectively avoid webbing distortion, wavy edges and size deviation. Multiple product recipes can be stored for one‑click recall during style change‑over.

High‑Efficiency & Energy‑Saving Performance

Combines stretching‑setting and ironing pre‑shrinkage into one single working procedure. Power consumption is only about 0.4 kWh per hour. Compact footprint saves workshop space, no independent production room required. Greatly cuts long‑term operating costs for webbing manufacturers.
