The XY Vibrating Screen represents a significant advancement in screening technology, developed to overcome the common pitfalls of traditional vibrating screens—namely, low efficiency, short service life, and high pollution. By integrating advanced design concepts with extensive field experience in mining crushing and screening, we have created a machine that sets a new standard for reliability and performance.
At the core of the XY Vibrating Screen is a frame structure optimized through rigorous finite element dynamic analysis. This ensures exceptional fatigue resistance and overall reliability. The powerful double exciting force, generated by a combination of shaft eccentricity and eccentric blocks, delivers a strong, consistent vibration that guarantees high capacity and cost-effective operation.
Our commitment to quality is evident in our advanced manufacturing process. The entire screen body is machined on a gantry boring and milling machine to ensure precise horizontal concentricity for the exciter assembly, dramatically reducing wear. The side plates are constructed from high-yield strength steel and joined using HUCK rivets, eliminating welding stress and preventing frame deformation. This non-welded design gives the screen body higher fatigue strength for outstanding long-term durability.
Reliability is further enhanced by a stable thin oil lubrication system, which offers superior cooling and cleaning compared to traditional grease, effectively doubling bearing life. A specialized labyrinth seal prevents oil leakage, ensuring smooth, maintenance-friendly operation. The screen’s 20° inclination angle optimizes the screening of large stones while ensuring efficient motor power utilization, making the XY Vibrating Screen the economical and dependable choice for modern screening operations.
It solves common problems like low efficiency, short lifespan, and high pollution. The double exciting force and optimized frame deliver high capacity, high efficiency, and low operating costs.
Through non-welded side plates (using HUCK rivets to eliminate welding stress), high-strength steel materials, and a frame structure optimized by finite element dynamic analysis.
The entire screen body is machined on a gantry boring machine in one setup, ensuring precise horizontal concentricity for the exciter assembly. Special alloy steel bearing housings also resist wear and deformation.
