The HP Multi-cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher is a state-of-the-art crushing solution developed by Xinyida Machinery through the introduction and absorption of advanced European and American hydraulic cone crusher technology. Superior Performance & Efficiency. The HP series excels in medium and fine crushing with high production efficiency and strong power transmission. By combining a high swing frequency with a long stroke, the crusher achieves significantly enhanced throughput capacity. The hydraulic motor drives the adjustment sleeve for precise discharge opening adjustment, ensuring consistent product size at a constant CSS without the variations caused by main shaft movement in single-cylinder designs.
Reduced Operating Costs. Built on the inter-particle laminate crushing principle, the HP crusher breaks material not only between particles and liners but also between particles themselves. This greatly increases the proportion of cubical fine products while reducing flaky and elongated material. The optimized chamber and material bed protection minimize wear part consumption, while high-manganese liners further extend service life, substantially lowering long-term operating costs.
Robust & Reliable Construction. Featuring a high-strength integrally cast frame and a fixed main shaft design with precision-forged alloy steel, the crusher maximizes strength and improves stress distribution. The transmission system uses high-precision bevel gears for low vibration and smooth operation, with a typical service life increase of over 30%. The unique thin oil lubrication system with positive pressure dust seal and spherical floating seal ensures reliable sealing, preventing dust contamination and oil-water mixing issues common in traditional crushers.
Intelligent & Easy to Maintain. The HP series supports multiple cavity types with flexible conversion, allowing the same crusher to adapt from standard coarse to short-head extra-fine applications. Advanced liner fixing technology requires no filler for installation, and all parts can be disassembled from the top or side without dismantling the frame. The PLC automatic control system provides real-time monitoring of oil temperature, pressure, flow rate, load, and discharge opening, with automatic overload protection, tramp iron release, and cavity clearing functions for safe, intelligent operation.
