Advanced Linear Motion Design
Based on the self-synchronization principle, the screen is designed so that the excitation force directions from the dual vibrators form a fixed angle. Two sets of eccentric blocks with equal mass are mounted on dual shafts and rotate synchronously in opposite directions. The centrifugal force components along the vibration direction are always superimposed, while the perpendicular components cancel each other out. This generates a single, powerful excitation force that drives the screen in a reciprocating linear motion, ensuring efficient material conveying and separation.

Bearing housings are cast from special alloy steel, offering excellent wear resistance and deformation resistance while eliminating the frequent replacements caused by outer race rotation in conventional designs.
Durable, Weld-Free Construction
Side plates are fabricated from high-yield strength steel with reinforced vibrator areas, and the screen body utilizes a hemming process that eliminates weld-induced stress concentration.
