The XY High-Efficiency Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher is a new-generation sand making and shaping machine developed by Xinyida based on advanced European and American VSI technology. With further optimized structure and functionality, this crusher improves energy utilization, reduces wear rates, delivers exceptional particle shape, extends maintenance intervals, shortens maintenance time, and enhances crushing efficiency and control levels.
The uniquely designed rotor structure, advanced wear-resistant material technology, and optimized crushing speed make this sand making machine a perfect combination of professional fine crushing technology and mechanical engineering. It is ideally suited for applications including sand production, material shaping, and powder manufacturing.
Unlike traditional VSI crushers that require disassembly of the distribution cone for feed conversion, the XY VSI Crusher features a dual-purpose distributor disk that enables quick and easy switching between four operating modes according to different working conditions and materials.
The machine supports Rock-on-Rock and Rock-on-Iron configurations, available with either center feed plus cascading feed or full center feed. This versatility allows the crusher to meet various application requirements including sand making, shaping, and powder production with excellent operational flexibility.
Through optimization of the impeller chamber structure and manufacturing processes, combined with hydrodynamic analysis and practical experience, the XY VSI Crusher features smoother curved designs for discharge ports and internal flow passages. This minimizes material flow resistance and significantly improves throughput capacity:
High-quality wear-resistant materials are adopted throughout, greatly extending the service life of wear parts and reducing consumption costs.
Each impact block consists of two symmetrical upper and lower sections. When partially worn, they can be reversed for reuse, improving material utilization and extending service life by over 48%.
The hammer head features a combined modular design—only the worn section needs replacement, reducing operating costs by more than 30%. Diamond-shaped impact blocks provide compact, stable fitting and excellent protection against impact and abrasion damage.
For ultra-hard material processing, the Rock-on-Rock mode is recommended, offering lower wear parts consumption and reduced operating costs.
A newly designed bearing housing with a unique sealing structure prevents oil leakage from the lower bearing cap caused by dust ingress. Top-brand bearings further ensure reliable rotation, doubling bearing service life.
The stable dual-motor drive and automatic thin oil lubrication deliver higher rotational speed and transmission efficiency. The main shaft experiences uniform radial loading, ensuring smoother operation. Optimized designs for the hopper, maintenance platform, and motor mount structure ensure safe, reliable operation and easier adjustment.
The air-cooled thin-oil lubrication system, PLC automatic control system, and on-site monitoring enable fully automatic lubrication management. The system monitors feed volume, current, oil temperature, and main shaft temperature in real time, with functions including oil shortage protection and temperature regulation. This eliminates daily shutdowns for oil refilling, provides an ideal operating environment for the bearings, and ensures reliable long-term operation.
