The large hydraulic clearing stroke, independent of liner wear, greatly reduces manual workload for removing blockages. The XHP cone crusher adds a spherical floating seal based on the T-U type seal, using thin oil lubrication and positive pressure dust seal for more reliable sealing, eliminating oil-water mixing issues and preventing dust contamination.

Maintenance is straightforward, as all parts can be disassembled from the top or side without dismantling the frame. The concave liner self-locks via the wedge plate and helical inclined surface, while the mantle liner uses a self-locking bolt. No filler is required for liner installation. The hydraulic motor can rotate the adjustment sleeve and bowl liner completely out of the support sleeve for easy liner replacement. Each model supports multiple cavity types, and changing cavity type only requires replacing a few parts. The crushing cavity can be converted from standard coarse to short-head extra-fine, and product gradation can be adjusted by changing drive shaft speed.
