The side plates of the XY Heavy-duty Grizzly Feeder are made of high-yield strength steel plates, with reinforced steel plates at the exciter area to ensure overall strength. The screen body adopts HUCK rivets and a hemming process, eliminating stress concentration caused by welding, preventing frame loosening and deformation under long-term operation. With advanced manufacturing technology, the whole screen body is processed on a gantry boring and milling machine for double-side milling and boring, ensuring perfect alignment and concentricity for exciter assembly.
