Advanced Manufacturing Process
The complete screen body is machined on a gantry boring and milling mill, ensuring horizontal concentricity of bearing housings. Bearing housings are cast from special alloy steel for excellent wear and deformation resistance, eliminating frequent replacement.
Long-Lasting Structure
High-yield strength steel side plates and reinforced exciter mounts, optimized by finite element simulation, provide balanced strength and weight. The non-welded side plate construction uses HUCK rivets and hemming, eliminating welding stress, preventing frame loosening, and delivering superior fatigue strength.
