Single-stage hammer crusher is a professional one-time forming crushing equipment designed to simplify production processes and reduce equipment investment. It abandons the traditional two-stage and three-stage crushing modes, and can directly complete coarse crushing, medium crushing and fine shaping of bulk materials in a single cavity, realizing one-time finished discharging. The equipment adopts heavy-duty large rotor and thickened high-strength hammer heads, with super-large feeding size and strong crushing capacity. It can directly crush bulk raw materials into finished aggregates that meet the discharge standard, eliminating the need for secondary crushing and screening equipment. The whole production line layout is simpler, floor space is smaller, and comprehensive investment cost is lower. With stable 24-hour heavy-load operation performance and high single-machine output, it has become the core special equipment for cement plant raw material processing and large-scale aggregate one-time forming production lines.
Driven by the high-power heavy-duty motor, the large single-stage rotor drives thickened heavy hammer heads to rotate at high speed. After large bulk materials enter the crushing cavity, they are instantly subjected to super-strong hammer impact and primary fragmentation. Then the materials undergo multiple times of extrusion, bending and fine grinding in the closed cavity to complete layered refinement and particle shaping in one process. Qualified finished particles are directly discharged through the bottom grate plate, while a small number of unqualified particles are repeatedly crushed in the cavity until reaching the standard. The unique single-stage integrated crushing structure omits intermediate conveying and secondary crushing links, realizing one-step forming from bulk raw materials to finished aggregates.
