The equipment is equipped with finely adjustable rotor speed and grate plate clearance parameters, allowing precise customization of finished aggregate particle size and grain shape to meet high-standard industrial and engineering requirements. The optimized fully streamlined crushing cavity eliminates material stagnation points, fundamentally solving common industrial problems such as material blocking, excessive powder and uneven finished particles. With dynamically balanced rotor technology, the equipment runs with low vibration and high stability, supporting long-term variable-load operation. It is widely used in high-precision aggregate processing, coal preparation, cement raw material processing and solid waste resource recovery projects.
Driven by the variable-speed motor transmission system, the dynamically calibrated rotor assembly drives high-strength wear-resistant hammer heads to perform stable high-speed rotary motion. After raw materials are evenly and quantitatively fed into the crushing cavity, they first receive high-frequency impact from hammer heads for primary fragmentation. Subsequently, materials are repeatedly squeezed, bent and sheared between the hammer heads and cavity lining plates, realizing secondary refinement and synchronous shaping. Layered mechanical force acts uniformly on material particles, effectively breaking bulk materials and correcting irregular particle shapes. Qualified cubic aggregates pass through the precise grate gaps for standardized discharging, while unqualified oversized particles are retained in the crushing cavity for cyclic repeated crushing. The scientific material motion track and cavity structure ensure full material crushing without dead angles, realizing high-precision, high-uniformity continuous crushing operation.
